Welcome to Brookfield, a popular, thriving secondary school located to the west of Chesterfield and close to the Peak District National Park.
Education should be an extremely rich experience for young people - an experience in itself and not just a preparation for the next stage of life. At Brookfield, our mission is to develop confident, articulate, resilient and well-qualified young people who are empowered to change the world.
In terms of its academic outcomes, Brookfield performs well, but it is our aim to be in the top 10% of schools nationally, and one with a regional and national reputation for the high quality education it provides. Through our excellent academic and pastoral care, we strive to equip our students with the qualifications, skills and character that allows them to attend distinguished universities, pursue exciting careers and play a pivotal role in shaping their community and the world we live in.
