ClassCharts (Homework App)

What is ClassCharts?

It is an online tool for students that shows all the homework and deadlines that teachers have set.

If you would like any help accessing ClassCharts, please see the IT Support team in school.

To access the ClassCharts website, click here. You will require your access code.

Microsoft 365 (School Email)

What is Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is a platform that allows students to access the full Microsoft Office suite of apps such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel in the web browser at school or at home. 

On the Microsoft 365 platform, you will be able to access Outlook to view your school email addresses.

Each student gets 100GB of OneDrive Cloud storage. This can be used to store schoolwork that you may need to work on in school and at home.

To access Microsoft 365, click here. You must use the same username and password that you use to access school computers; your email is your username followed by "@brookfieldcs.org.uk".

SIMS Parent

What is SIMS Parent?

It is an online tool for parents and guardians that shows school reports, timetable information and attendance.

Please Note: SIMS Parent is being replaced soon. We will not be providing login details after 23 July 2026.

What is ParentPay?

It is a utility that allows parents and guardians to pay for school meals and trips.

  • For issues with ClassCharts or Microsoft 365, students can visit the IT Support Office in school for help.
  • For issues with subject-specific platforms, please direct students to their teachers for that subject.
